These four pre-licensure courses must be taken at an institution of higher education. An institution of higher education is a school that awards a degree in at least a two-year program (i.e. an associate’s degree). After taking these required courses, the applicant along with a sponsoring broker should submit the certificates of completion, and the state application to the Ohio Division of Real Estate. We are please to be an exclusive broker with Hondros College. They offer all the pre-licensure courses to accommodate various schedules, and career levels.
